Welcome to our luxurious, exclusive 4-bedroom resident rental overlooking our private waterfront property at Martha’s Ranch at Twin Canyons Ranch Resort located between Granbury and Glen Rose.
As you walk in the door, the stunning and well-designed gourmet kitchen seamlessly connects to the adjacent dining and living areas making it ideal for connectivity and social interaction. The kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. The stylish and durable granite countertops provide plenty of workspace for culinary endeavors plus additional seating for casual dining or a gathering spot during meal preparation. Natural light and sloped ceilings enhance the living room area overlooking the waterfront, making the room feel even more spacious. Equipped with a flatscreen HD Smart TV, contemporary fireplace and comfortable seating for everyone, the living area is a spot for relaxation and conversation. Enjoy completing a puzzle or having game time with the ample table or counter space as an added benefit.
The Bedrooms
Bedroom 1
features a comfortable and cozy king-sized bed promising a restful night’s sleep, spacious closet, ample storage space for your belongings, and HD Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom is an extension of luxury with modern fixtures, a walk-in tile shower, and elegant granite countertops complete with a hair dryer, towels, and linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2
is a perfect set up to accommodate both adults and children with a custom-made bunk bed system of a queen-sized bed base with stairs leading to an XL twin-sized bed. This bedroom has a HD Smart TV, spacious closet and connects to the house bathroom which encompasses an elegant combination tub/shower, modern fixtures and granite countertops complete with towels and linens.
Bedroom 3
incorporates a custom-made bunk system mirroring Bedroom 2 promising a peaceful night’s sleep. The custom-made cabinet is the perfect spot to accommodate your belongings.
Bedroom 4
promises a restful night’s sleep or a leisurely afternoon nap with the rejuvenating queen-sized bed. Raise the shades to let the sunlight stream in the two windows, creating a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the day. The generously-sized closet allows you to neatly organize your belongings.

Granbury Square is only about 20 minutes from the ranch along with Glen Rose, Texas. Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Park are approximately 25 minutes away.
With prior approval, dogs (max 2) are welcome with the following expectations:
- payment of proper pet fee (see our Pet Policy)
- leashed at all times outside of residential rental
- full expectation that they are trained and current on flea/tick preventative
- you clean up after your dog both inside and outside
- do not allow them on the furniture/beds
- dog(s) must be crated when you are not in the home
A pet agreement is required to be signed and returned prior to arrival. The pet fee is $25 per night for each dog (max 2). You must notify the host if you are bringing a pet so the proper fees can be collected. Reference your confirmation number in all forms of communication. Failure to obtain prior approval and register your dog(s) will result in a non-refundable $250 damage fee in addition to the daily fee for each dog.
Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request an accommodation for waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals, receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site, and once approved to have the animal on site must comply with the applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when making your reservation.
Please note: Martha’s Ranch at Twin Canyons Ranch Resort is committed to the safety of our guests and staff. We clean our properties with the guidelines set by the CDC. We want to give you and your group the peace of mind that each residential rental has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected before and after your stay. Each residential rental has access to a disinfectant should guests need it during their stay.
